Robert Kleimenhagen, Jr., CFM, SFP is Director of Facilities & Energy Management Operations at the Central Bucks School District where his team is responsible for the construction and renovation of facilities including the planning, maintenance, repair, capital improvement programs, and custodial operations to insure continuous operation of all facilities and educational programs. Mike Petrusky and Robert discuss their long history together at the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and how the professional community there is similar to the connections Mike has made in the Asset Management world.
